Appraisal Fees

Our fees are charged based upon the scope, location and type of appraisal. Please contact our office for a fee quote or if interested in establishing a customized fee structure for your company.

Appraiser Turn-Times

First Choice appraisers strive to complete an appraisal within 7 business days or less. Because this will depend upon the total volume of appraisals, times are not guaranteed. Rush appraisals (1-2 day turnaround) are subject to a rush fee.

Remember that May-September the real estate market is typically busy. The appraisers' workload will be larger so turn-around times may increase.
